- Upload your clearance: During registration, upload your certificate.
- Manual review: Our admins check validity and date.
- Approval: You receive a "Verified Police Clearance" badge.

Get your certificate through:

- 📬 SAPS Criminal Record Centre in Pretoria
- 🧾 Accredited online services

Background check status appears on sitter profiles. Clients can request to see the certificate directly (with sitter consent).
